Art Farm LK Joins the UNESCO-IOC 'Blue Thread' Network
We are honored to announce that Art Farm LK has been officially recognized as a member of the Blue Thread: UNESCO-IOC Recognition for Initiatives Putting Ocean Literacy in Action.
The 'Blue Thread' is a prestigious global network curated by the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO, connecting multidisciplinary initiatives that lead the way in ocean protection and education. This recognition confirms that our efforts align strongly with the goals of the Venice Declaration, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to fostering sustainable stewardship of our Océano.
As a proud member of this international community, Art Farm LK will continue to bridge the gap between arts and marine science, empowering society to resonate with the ocean’s vital pulse and ensuring a sustainable future for all.
Our classical music is driven by a definitive purpose: "Our Oceans are Dying." This initiative, led by a collective of classical artists since 2022, has already manifested through the creation and performance of five international albums and one monumental opera.
We do not merely perform; we contemplate through the lens of music to ignite a vital contemporary discourse. Within this movement stand Art Farm LK and the names of dedicated artists who have chosen to become the voice of the Océano.
SEA BEYOND is a project by Prada Group conducted in partnership with the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (UNESCO-IOC) since 2019 to raise awareness of sustainability and ocean preservation, contributing to the progress of ocean education on a global scale through a series of training initiatives for younger generations.
